These policies are in effect as of November 1, 2014. We reserve the right to change or update these policies in the future, and if we do so we will post the new policies on this web page for you to review. The new policies will replace any prior policies.

Collecting of Information

We do not sell any information you give us, and we will not turn over that information to a third party not affiliated with our company unless legally bound to do so. We use your information to fulfill your orders, contact you if there is a problem, bill your credit card, or improve our site. We may also use your information to send you information about our company or our products, or to invite you to participate in promotions or market research associated with our company. You may always request that your information not be used in this way, and you may always opt out of any communication that does not pertain to your order, by sending us an email with your request or choosing the appropriate selection when you are checking out. You must be a U.S. resident 18 years of age or older in order to register with us or buy merchandise from us.

When you voluntarily provide us with information to make shopping easier, through the registration process, you may access that information by reviewing your account settings. You may also change that information by editing your settings directly.

There is some information we may receive from you on a passive basis (such as “cookies” – see below), that we collect and use only in the aggregate. This information is used for marketing purposes or to enhance our site.

Online Ordering

When you place an order with us, we ask for your credit card verification number in addition to your account number. Your verification number is the three-digit number on the back of your card (four-digit number on the front of American Express cards). This provides an extra level of security in case your credit card number is being used fraudulently.

We ask for your email address when you place an order so that we may send you a confirmation of your order. You do not have to register with us in order to place an order, but your email address is mandatory so that there is a way to communicate with you about your order. We may also use this email address to communicate with you about special offers or information about our company unless you have opted out from this.

Your Internet Address

We collect your computer’s “IP Address” when you come to our site. We only do so in order to collect broad demographic information about our users so that we can continually improve our site for them, and to protect us in case of credit card fraud.
